Real Estate Closer

Ascended is seeking an experienced Inbound Real Estate Closer to handle pre-qualified inbound deals from sellers and realtors. This role focuses on underwriting, negotiating, and locking up contracts efficiently. All leads are provided—no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and leads from motivated sellers and realtor partners
Underwrite deals and determine pricing and terms
Negotiate and put properties under contract
Coordinate handoff to dispositions and closing teams
Maintain accurate deal notes and contract status in CRM
Required Experience
Proven experience closing real estate deals from inbound leads
Strong understanding of underwriting, ARV, and deal structure
Confident negotiation and contract execution skills
Experience working with motivated sellers and agents
