Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Advertising Sales Representative to join our sales team in Newport Beach, California. This is an on-site position (not remote) with strong earning potential for a proven, motivated sales professional.
Required Experience
Candidates must have direct experience selling print and/or digital advertising in a B2B environment.
Please note: Experience managing or purchasing advertising campaigns does not qualify. We are specifically looking for candidates who have sold advertising space.
This role is ideal for a consultative, goal-oriented salesperson who is confident picking up the phone and building revenue-generating relationships. Top performers can earn mid–six figures.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow advertising accounts through strategic account management
Drive B2B sales through strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop customized advertising solutions
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Conduct warm outreach to maintain and expand client relationships
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Attend trade shows (occasional travel required)
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position
Base salary plus commission
15–20% commission structure
Year-end bonuses
