We are seeking a dedicated and experienced team member to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support diverse dietary needs.
Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing with precision.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and coordinating service logistics.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in fine dining or casual settings.
Provide excellent customer service by serving guests professionally and courteously.
Experience

Background in food industry roles such as restaurant service, catering, or culinary positions is highly desirable.
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food presentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Skills in cooking, food preparation, knife handling, and food industry best practices are essential.
Prior experience working in fine dining or high-volume kitchens will be considered an asset.
