Hiring Sushi Chef

Experienced Sushi Chef Wanted

2 SCHEDULE OPTIONS THAT WE ARE HIRING. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PICK 1 OPTION AND STICK WITH IT.

Option 1. Monday Tuesday: 3PM-10PM & Saturday Sunday: 5PM-10PM

Option 2. Monday Tuesday: 5PM-10PM & Friday-Sunday: 10:30AM-3PM

Job Duties
• Prepare and cut fish (salmon, tuna, yellowtail, etc.)
• Prep sushi ingredients and kitchen items
• Make nigiri correctly
• Cut and plate sashimi
• Make sushi rolls fast and clean
• Keep sushi bar clean and organized

Requirements
• At least 2 years of sushi chef experience
• Must know how to prep fish (salmon, tuna, yellowtail)
• Must know how to make sashimi and nigiri
• Basic plating skills required
• Kitchen experience and hot food cooking experience is a plus
• Must be reliable and work well with the team
• Ability to maintain and manage fish freshness and quality
