Position Overview:
The Busser plays a critical support role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and guest experience at Quartyard. This position focuses on keeping tables, service areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for continuous service during high-volume events and regular operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and understand that great hospitality is built through strong fundamentals, consistency, and teamwork. Bussers work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure guests experience a smooth, welcoming, and well-maintained venue at all times.

Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support continuous guest flow
Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including dining areas, bar areas, and restrooms
Support bartenders and servers by restocking glassware, supplies, ice, and service stations as needed
Monitor the floor and proactively address cleanliness or organization issues before they impact service
Assist with opening and closing duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and resetting spaces
Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently throughout each shift
Communicate clearly with team members and management to support coordinated service
Maintain awareness during high-volume events and adapt quickly as service needs change

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared operational goals
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Ability to be on your feet for 4–8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and holidays as required
Reliable transportation required
Previous restaurant or venue experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Must be 21+ years of age
