We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to install wood siding on a high-end residential property in Carlsbad. This is a precision-focused project that requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of premium exterior finishes.

Scope of Work
Install wood siding on a custom home

Lay out, cut, and fit siding for clean, consistent reveals

Integrate trim, corners, and transitions for a seamless finish

Work around windows, doors, and architectural features with precision

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of professional carpentry experience

Proven experience installing wood siding on high-end or custom homes

Strong finish carpentry skills with a focus on tight tolerances and clean lines

Ability to read plans and execute details accurately

Owns professional-grade tools for siding and finish carpentry, i.e nail gun, compressor, chop saw, table saw, etc

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
