We are a fast-growing property management company managing 70+ properties along the I-80 corridor (Vallejo, San Pablo, Pittsburg, Antioch).

We are looking for a reliable Independent Contractor (Business Owner) to become our primary partner for Painting and Unit Turnovers. We pay fast and provide consistent volume for the right partner.

THE JOB: We need a "One-Stop Shop" for Rent-Ready turnovers and exterior painting. You must be proficient in:

- Interior Paint: Professional prep, masking, and high-quality texture matching (orange peel/knockdown etc) and caulking. Must be able to cut straight lines without tape.
- Exterior Repairs: Experience identifying and repairing dry rot, stucco patching, and exterior trim painting.
- Specialty Glazing/Refinishing Skills a Bonus: Professional glazing/refinishing of porcelain tubs, sinks, and tile surrounds. Must use industrial-grade materials (epoxy/urethane) guaranteed to last 10+ years. No DIY kits.
- Speed: Ability to turn a standard 2-bedroom unit within 2-3 Days.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be an independent business (W9 Contractor).
- Must have your own truck, tools, ladders, drop cloths and airless sprayer.
- Must be willing to travel between Vallejo, San Pablo and Antioch.
- Must have a smart phone for before and after pics.
- References required.
