We are a modern, patient-centered private optometry practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care with a smile. We are looking for an Office Manager who is a natural leader, highly personable, and excited to help grow a thriving small business.
Optical or medical office experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate with strong leadership and communication skills.
About the Role
As Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in daily operations, team development, and practice growth. You’ll work closely with the doctors and staff to ensure smooth workflows, outstanding patient experiences, and a positive, high-performing office culture.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and helping a business grow
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, support, and motivate front-office and optical staff
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
• Ensure excellent patient experience from check-in to checkout
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Help implement systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Support practice growth through strong customer service and team performance
• Assist with inventory, basic HR tasks, and office organization
• Communicate effectively with doctors, staff, and patients

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a desire to help the business grow
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Optical or healthcare office experience preferred, but not required
