General Labor Maintenance Assistant Wanted

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily Duties as directed by Maintenance Manager:

• Clean Clubhouse perimeter and interior. This could include debris from an overnight storm, or wind, spills or debris on the clubhouse floor.
• Clean debris from the pool area as necessary.
• Brush, vacuum, or leaf rake pool as required.
• Clean shower rooms at the pool.


Weekly Duties as directed by Maintenance Manager:

• Mow common area lawns. Trim and edge lawns and trim around sprinkler heads and landscape areas.
• Brush and vacuum swimming pool and spa.
• Water perimeter planting area not covered by sprinkler system.
• Clean streets, cul-de-sacs, and community parking lots as necessary.
• Check community perimeter for debris—clean as necessary.
• Maintain planting areas, trees, shrubs—all landscaping in a neat, clean appearance as required.
• Wash truck.
• Keep the park entrance clean and tidy.
• Clean out the clubhouse refrigerator.

Monthly and Periodic Duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager:

• Replace seasonal plants, and assist with major landscaping projects.
• Painting fences and other community structures as directed.
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, etc. for community events.
• Service equipment and machinery; this should include mowers, edgers, trimmers, and hand tools requiring sharpening.
• Clean street lights.
• Clean street signs.
• Paint street light poles if needed.
• Keep the pool clean and do not let it turn green.
• Clean out clubhouse gutters.
• All other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
