Sales & Social Media Associate

Our customized pieces are uniquely designed according to our clients' vision with guidance from our knowledgable sales staff and skilled bench jewelers. In addition to custom jewelry, our shop also offers DIY wedding band workshops and showcases ready-to-wear artisan jewelry from 13 designer collections.

We are seeking a part-time Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team in the Castro District of San Francisco, CA. Previous jewelry experience (1-3 years) is preferred but not an absolute requirement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, jewelry, and fashion. If needed, you will be professionally trained about jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones. Your days will be spent interacting with customers and creating content for the company’s social media accounts.

Core responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, providing product knowledge, facilitating sales, and partnering with the Sales and Operations Managers on the company’s marketing initiatives. This role will also help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

This position is part-time with the possibility of full-time hours in the future. Compensation is based on experience and generally starts between $22 - $24 per hour.
