FRANKIE’S IS HIRING
A neighborhood cocktail bar rooted in craft, warmth, and hospitality
Frankie’s is a new cocktail-driven bar from the team behind Norcina — inspired by classic hospitality, timeless cocktails, and spaces where regulars become family. We’re building a tight, passionate opening team and are hiring for the following positions:

• Cocktail Servers
• Door Hosts
• Bartenders
• Barbacks
• Shift Leads
• Cooks

We’re looking for people who care deeply about hospitality, take pride in their craft, and want to help build something from the ground up.

COCKTAIL SERVER
Frankie’s cocktail servers are guides, storytellers, and vibe-setters. You are often the first and last impression of the guest experience.
What you’ll do:
Deliver warm, polished, attentive service
Confidently guide guests through cocktails, spirits, and menu items
Maintain floor flow and guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment
Communicate clearly with the bar and leadership team
Uphold service standards, cleanliness, and professionalism
We’re looking for:
1+ years in upscale casual, cocktail bar, or restaurant service
Strong communication and people skills
Calm, capable presence under pressure
Genuine interest in cocktails and hospitality
Weekend and evening availability
Food Handlers Card

DOOR HOST / SECURITY
The door at Frankie’s is both the first welcome and the line of protection. This role blends warm hospitality with confident authority. You set the tone, manage the room, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for guests and staff.
What you’ll do:
Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and presence
Manage the door, capacity, and guest flow
Check IDs and uphold house policies consistently
Monitor the room and entrance for safety, intoxication levels, and inappropriate behavior
De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
Support staff safety and guest experience at all times
Communicate clearly with shift leads and bar team
We’re looking for someone who is:
Naturally confident, calm, and observant
Comfortable enforcing policies while staying guest-focused
Experienced in door, security, or hospitality environments
Strong communicator with good judgment
Able to command a room without ego or aggression
Strongly preferred:
Prior door/security experience
Valid guard card (or willingness to obtain)
Experience checking IDs and managing capacity
Weekend and late-night availability

BARTENDER
Frankie’s bartenders are craftspeople and hosts. This is a hands-on, cocktail-forward bar with a strong focus on classics, technique, and connection.
What you’ll do:
Execute cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
Engage guests with warmth and confidence
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and prep
Uphold recipes, service standards, and systems
Collaborate with leadership on opening and closing procedures
We’re looking for:
2+ years bartending experience (cocktail bar preferred)
Strong fundamentals in classic cocktails and spirits
High standards for cleanliness and execution
Team-first mindset
Interest in growth, learning, and long-term development

BARBACK
Barbacks are the engine of the bar. You make great service possible.
What you’ll do:
Stock, ice, polish, prep, and support service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and back-of-house areas
Assist bartenders with speed and anticipation
Support opening and closing duties
We’re looking for:
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Ability to lift, move, and stay active
Hospitality or bar experience a plus (not required)
Interest in learning bartending and bar operations

SHIFT LEAD
Shift Leads are culture carriers and operational anchors. This role blends service, leadership, and accountability.
What you’ll do:
Lead shifts and support team performance
Manage floor flow, guest experience, and service standards
Act as point of contact for staff and management
Support training, opening systems, and accountability
Handle minor guest recovery and operational decisions
We’re looking for:
Previous lead bartender, supervisor, or manager experience
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and set standards
Calm leadership presence in busy environments
Desire to grow with a developing company

COOK
Frankie’s food program is focused, high-quality, and execution-driven — designed to support cocktails and late-night service.
What you’ll do:
Execute a tight, refined bar-food menu
Maintain prep, organization, and sanitation standards
Work clean, fast, and consistently
Support menu development and opening systems
We’re looking for:
Line cook or prep experience preferred
Strong sense of urgency and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and with a team
Pride in execution and consistency
