About Grey Squirrel Manor is a cafe and market that serves great coffee and is a one stop shop for high quality local provisions - baked goods, grab and go items, fun snacks, pantry staples like jam, olive oil, cheese, and honey, and micro seasonal products too.

We are opening our first location and our flagship store in Windsor, California. We are hiring a dream team of a select few hardworking and talented people who want to create something really special that’s never been done before in the cafe world, blending hospitality, quality products, local artistry, intention, media and storytelling. Our customers are multi-generational, our space is welcoming to all, and our price point is reasonable.

Why are we called Grey Squirrel Manor? You must not know the legend of Grey Squirrel Manor. We’ll tell you all about it. Windsor is named after Windsor England, but what people don't know is there are oak trees in both places. Certain oak trees have magic portals, and the squirrels have been teleporting from Windsor to Windsor for eons, living in both places as if it were one place. They have a whole secret life that humans don't know about, until now. Grey Squirrel Manor is a glimpse into their magical and hidden world.

We're looking for individuals who see coffee as a craft and connection. Grey Squirrel Manor is your art studio, and our customers are lucky to be able to pay you a visit. Pay and Start Date

Barista position starts at $23 per hour. Hiring for mid-February 2026 onward.
