Job Description

Location: Nipomo, CA
Schedule: Part-time to start | Hybrid (2 days/week in office, 1 day remote)
Pay: $20–$22/hour to start (room to grow to full-time)

We are looking for a self-starter Office Assistant / Operations Support professional to work directly with the CEO across multiple businesses in the beverage, cannabis/hemp, and consulting space.

Important Note: The CEO travels frequently. This is not a hand-holding role. You must be organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative, improving systems, and making things happen independently.

Responsibilities:
-Quick-Books (required): data entry, reconciliations, cleanup, reporting
-Processing payments & payroll coordination
-Scheduling, calendar management, task follow-ups
-Office organization, filing, and system creation
-Light inventory management and operations support
-Using modern tech and AI tools to improve efficiency

Requirements:
-Strong Quick-Books proficiency
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
-Clear communicator
-Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools
-Comfortable working independently across multiple businesses
-Comfortable with cannabis/hemp industry

Preferred (Plus, Not Required):
-Retail or sales experience
-Inventory management experience
-Beverage industry experience

Great for recent college graduate or entry level roll
