Retail Warehouse/Driver

As a Retail/Warehouse Associate/Driver at Unity Shoppe, you’ll be an important part of a collaborative, mission-driven team serving our Lompoc and Santa Barbara distribution centers. This role is all about teamwork, energy, and compassion, and working side by side with staff, volunteers, and clients to create a welcoming, supportive, and positive shopping experience.

You’ll help ensure smooth, efficient workflow between the warehouse and retail areas while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects Unity Shoppe’s values. Note: Clear driving record required. Job entails driving in company vehicle from Santa Barbara to Lompoc twice a week and working at that Lompoc location. Must also be available for occasional work in Santa Barbara. Need to be able to lift 50 lbs.
