Year-round executive chef for new, high-profile Aspen restaurant

We are looking for a rockstar executive chef to train under, and take over the kitchen from, our Michelin starred culinary director who's currently running the kitchen. We're the new kid in town, but have been fortunate to have earned accolades from the local community and in less than a month built a loyal, large following. You'll have large shoes to fill, but an extremely supportive environment to support you. Our menu is high-quality traditional Italian, with our own special twist--including what many are calling the best pizza in Colorado. We have a great Italian wine list to complement a special meal. The ideal candidate is not a line cook turned chef, but someone with experience running a busy kitchen, working hard and appreciating the accolades, has the ability to hire cooks and pizza-makers, with kitchen management experience in one of the major food cities. We are hiring now, and the ideal candidate will take over the kitchen as soon as ready.
