Based right here in Alexandria, we run a subscription service that hooks homeowners up with our hand-picked, super-reliable contractors. We’ve got 130+ categories covered - full remodels, leaky pipes, even bringing in an architect when someone’s ready to go big.
For a small monthly fee, members unlock:
• Spot-on contractor recommendations tailored to their exact project (homeowners just drop the details in our straightforward app)
• A simple dashboard that sends friendly reminders so jobs don’t slip through the cracks
• Easy optional scheduling for warm introduction - no chasing contractors themselves
It’s steady year-round, homes always need something done. No off-season dips, and the leads are almost always excited to hear you out. 😊

What you take home

• $22/hour to start (W-2)
• Uncapped performance bonuses - the more homeowners you sign up, the bigger the rewards (no ceiling!)

A typical day out there
Hit a thoughtfully planned neighborhood route
Strike up genuine 3-5 minute chats with folks at the door
Walk them through how it works on our tablet
Get the yeses signed up right then and there (our system keeps it smooth and quick)

This role clicks if you have

• Waitstaff (waiters or waitresses), or retail experience
• Solar, pest, alarms, roofing, home services experience
• At least 6 months of real canvassing experience a plus
• Meet or beat your goals
• A polished look and a dependable ride
• Availability for mornings, afternoons and Saturdays
• Ability to pass a drug screen
