Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in the food service industry. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after meals to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Help servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and responding to guest requests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Knowledge of basic kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
