Job Description
We are a small, well-established commercial roofing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations for a few days a week. This position is ideal for someone who is retired, in school, or looking to earn extra income, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role- willing to train the right person.
Position Overview
This role sees and supports the office staff and client communication. The right candidate will be organized, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Assist with office and administrative tasks
Manage emails using Gmail and organize files in Google Drive
Download, upload, scan, and properly save documents and photos
Upload project photos and documentation into our system
Basic use and navigation of a CRM system
Assist with invoicing, payments, and data entry using QuickBooks Online
Support project coordination and client communication
Help maintain organized digital and physical records
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Gmail and Google Drive
Comfortable scanning to email and organizing digital files
Basic understanding of CRM systems
QuickBooks Online experience is required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, small-office environment
Preferred (but Not Required)
Experience in construction, roofing, or property management
Administrative or office support background
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time position (flexible hours)
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
