Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to support and enforce workplace safety standards across our South Florida job sites. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
Minimum Requirements
OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
Bilingual – English & Spanish (Required)
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction safety practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks
Ability to travel to multiple job sites in South Florida
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
Enforce company and OSHA safety policies
Conduct job site safety inspections and audits
Lead safety meetings, orientations, and training sessions
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Maintain safety records, reports, and incident documentation
Serve as a liaison between management and field personnel regarding safety concerns
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Safety Coordinator or Safety Officer
Construction industry experience
OSHA 510 or additional safety certifications (a plus)
