Position Summary
We are looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, skilled in advanced bodywork, and committed to providing a five-star client experience. The ideal candidate will be confident in techniques that range from deep tissue and lymphatic drainage to body contouring massage, with an emphasis on enhancing results in both therapeutic and aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional massage services tailored to each client’s needs, including therapeutic, lymphatic, deep tissue, and specialized aesthetic techniques.
Collaborate with our team of wellness and beauty professionals.
Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing treatments, self-care practices, and complementary services.
Maintain a pristine and welcoming treatment space in alignment with our luxury brand standards.
Represent Oya Wellness with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring every client feels valued and cared for.
Requirements
Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (required).
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant massage techniques.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A passion for wellness, beauty, and premium client care.
Bilingual (English/Portuguese or Spanish) is a plus.
