Labor wanted for a construction company $20 an hour

I have a crew that is ok. But I need a rockstar laborer to really get in the trenches with me. I’m talking working some days until 9pm and 3 am callouts. Huge possibility to become an electrical apprentice once you prove that you can be available to work, regardless of how you “feel”. Even when the school district says “it’s to icy schools canceled” guess what we’re still working. Huge opportunity to blast past everyone in this company and be the primary go to employee.
