ABOUT THE POSITION
- We are looking for motivated individuals to work from home, making outbound calls to warm leads only. These are people who have already expressed interest online in applying for grants and requested more information.
- You will be helping callers sign up for access to a grant application service that provides professionally researched grant opportunities and ongoing updates.
- This is NOT cold calling. You will only be contacting people who asked to be contacted.
- This is an independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Calling warm leads who requested grant information
- Answering basic questions about the service
- Helping customers complete enrollment
- Using the optional resources and guidance provided
- No inventory, no door-to-door, and no high-pressure sales.


COMPENSATION
- This is a commission-based position. We do not pay hourly wages.
- Earnings depend on call time, consistency, and performance
- Payments are made weekly via direct deposit.
- Your first paycheck is issued on the second Friday after your first full week.

We believe in setting clear expectations so you can decide if this role is a good fit.


SCHEDULE / FLEXIBILITY
- Work from home
- Flexible schedule — call when it works for you (Sunday through Saturday)
- Must follow legal telemarketing calling hours (covered in resources)
- This role works well for people who want flexibility and are comfortable with commission-based earnings.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A computer (desktop or laptop)
- High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps up/down)
- A headset
- A quiet place to make calls without interruptions


RESOURCES / SUPPORT
- Optional online resources provided
- Scripts and guidance included
- Support team available for questions
- Most new contractors begin calling leads shortly after reviewing resources
