Seeking OTR Driver!!!

Details:

We are in need of a motivated and well experienced driver willing to do OTR driving throughout the US with the exception of Oregon and Washington. Weekly, constant, and steady work is available, with flexibility for more. We work with LIVE LOADS that consists of reefer and some dry van work.


Read All Requirements:

- Minimum of 2yrs with CDL is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Proof of a valid M.E.C. or "med-card" is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Able to speak and read English is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Familiarization with working under the "70-hour/8-day" rule is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- OTR experience is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Capable of following instructions is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Experience with time management, prioritization of task, LIVE and MUTI-STOP loads is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

- Knowledgeable with the basic functions of a reefer is REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.
(e.g. setting precise temperatures, performing pre-trip checks, knowing the difference between "continuous" and "cycle" functions, and being able to monitor the trailer's status while driving, etc.)

- Able to use critical thinking and problem-solving adaptability skills to quickly implement alternative solutions in real-time with minimal to no supervision is REQUIRED.
(e.g. coordinating an effective and fuel-efficient route for pickups and deliveries, planning for potential delays and unforeseen obstacles (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures, etc.))

- Ability to maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to dispatchers and brokers AT ALL TIMES is REQUIRED.

- Ability to keep invoices, bill of ladings, and other necessary documents organized and neat is REQUIRED.

- Proficient in the use of modern technology is REQUIRED.
(e.g. able to text, video chat, send emails, take clear pictures, use an ELD, etc.)

- Able to have a flexible work schedule and work holidays when needed is REQUIRED.

- Long Term/Permanent employment is preferred.

- 2017 Freightliner Cascadia Sleeper Cab (125 configuration) Automatic Transmission

- 2017 Hyundai Translead 53' trailer with swing doors and a Carrier X4 7300 Reefer

- ELD Samsung Tablet to be used with Motive App.
