About the Role
We manufacture electrical signage—channel letters, faces, backs, trim, LEDs, acrylic, aluminum, etc.
You’ll help build signs from raw material to finished product.

What You’ll Do

Assist with basic shop work: aluminum backs, acrylic faces, returns, trim, wiring
Use basic tools and equipment (shears, sanders, drills, riveters)
Read instructions and build parts accurately
Pack and prepare orders for pickup/shipping
Keep a clean and safe work area
Support the team wherever needed

Who You Are
Reliable and on time — non-negotiable
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable with hand tools and shop work
Able to lift materials and move parts safely
Team mindset — no lone wolves or drama

Experience preferred but not necessary
Sign shop experience (channel letters, neon, acrylic, painting)
Any metalworking, plastics, electrical, or fabrication skills

Pay
