Position: Inbound Roofing Sales Phone Specialist needed for a roofing company.

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90036

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM. Saturday, 9:00AM-5:00PM (One day off during the week). 

Duties:
1. Handle inbound roofing leads and follow up on outbound lead opportunities. 
2. Process leads from multiple marketing and referral sources. 
3. Qualify homeowners and gather necessary project details. 
4. Schedule inspections and appointments accurately. 
5. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until resolution.
6. Track lead activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM. 
7. Communicate effectively with sales, production, and scheduling teams.
8. Ensure homeowners feel informed, heard, and confident throughout the process. 

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of roofing or construction-related experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer service or sales experience. 
3. Strong scheduling and appointment coordination background. 
4. Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. 
5. Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills. 
6. Professional phone presence with clear and confident delivery. 
7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 

Compensation: $20 per hour plus $100 commission per sale.
