Chef For Quick Service Restaurant

Looking for someone to run kitchen in fast paced high volume environment. This person will help develop recipes and ensure quality, cost efficiency, speed and consistency. Recipes need to be tasty but able to be executed in fast paced environment. Recipes need to be able to scale up and down and easily taught and tracked. This person will help train kitchen staff on prep, service, shutdown and health code policies. This person will be in charge of inventory, ordering, receiving and organizing. Looking for someone to work apprx. 30 hours per week at $30/hr plus tips. Schedule will be 4pm-10pm most nights and probably 11am-5pm on one day to receive orders and reorganize.
