Position Type
Full-time; on-site. Competitive pay plus commission for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on commercial and residential sales leads; qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
Provide excellent customer service: respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, and coordinate appointments.
Perform office administration: data entry, file management, invoicing, and customer record maintenance.
Dispatcher duties: schedule crews, assign jobs, track job status, and coordinate with technicians in the field. Must be comfortable
making high-volume outbound calls daily to generate leads and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports for management.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, office administration and dispatch (combined roles a plus).
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas, document formatting).
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Must be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily to generate leads and follow up with customers.

Preferred

Experience in Carpet cleaning, floor polishing, restoration services, property services a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.
