Dispatch Manager (Pest Control Experience Required)

PestCare is looking for a high-performing Dispatch Manager to run daily operations for our technician team.
This role requires someone who understands pest control scheduling, urgency levels, technician routing,
and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

- Own the daily dispatch board from start to finish
- Build efficient routes and reduce drive time
- Coordinate urgent calls, re-services, and callbacks
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and customers
- Track job completion and ensure schedule stays on pace
- Support management with reporting and operational improvements

What We Need

- Pest control industry experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dispatch/operations management experience preferred
- Strong organization + leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and keep the day moving
- Knowledge of California pest control regulations is a big plus

Starting Salary: $70,000
