Roofing Specialist - Property Management - Multi Family

We’re hiring an experienced Roofing Specialist to support ongoing multifamily building projects. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, responsible for inspections, leak diagnostics, repairs, re-roofs, coatings, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, safety-first discipline, and the ability to deliver clean, durable work with minimal supervision. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Requirements include prior roofing experience, working knowledge of flat and pitched systems, ability to identify water intrusion sources, and proficiency with common roofing materials and tools. Valid driver’s license required. Bilingual is a plus.
