Cafe Manager Needed

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Café Manager to lead our high-volume shop. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coffee, and is passionate about building and supporting strong teams.

The ideal candidate is an organized, calm, and kind leader who can manage people with confidence, maintain high standards, and create a positive, team-forward culture while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and café staff

-Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and shift management

-Ensure consistent quality of coffee, food, service, and cleanliness

-Manage inventory and ordering

-Handle customer service issues with professionalism and warmth

-Maintain a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment

-Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures


Qualifications:

2+ years experience in café, coffee shop, or similar high-volume food & beverage management

Strong coffee knowledge (espresso, milk steaming, drink builds, workflow)

Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
