We’re rapidly expanding and currently hiring Regional Managers in multiple key markets, including Los Angeles, Nashville, and Orlando.Position: Regional Manager (Los Angeles Metro & Surrounding Areas)

Location: Remote/field-based (serving properties throughout Greater Los Angeles)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week (typically Tuesday–Saturday or similar flexible structure to align with property needs and guest turnover; exact days/hours to be confirmed)

Role Overview
As Regional Manager, you’ll be our on-the-ground ambassador in Los Angeles, ensuring our portfolio of premium short-term rentals is always guest-ready and owner expectations are exceeded. This hands-on role combines property oversight, owner and vendor coordination, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. No prior experience in property management is required—we’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals passionate about hospitality, real estate, or delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site property visits for audits, onboarding new homes, and restocking essentials
Handle minor maintenance and item replacements (e.g., light bulbs, batteries, remotes, small fixtures)
Coordinate promptly with owners, cleaning partners, vendors, and guests to resolve issues
Provide timely, professional responses and acknowledgments to inquiries
Support inbound lead follow-up and new property onboarding
Document all activities and visits via our internal tools
Assist with occasional emergency or after-hours needs (with appropriate compensation)
Contribute to outbound prospecting when opportunities arise

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in the field
Excellent communication and a genuine customer-service mindset
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate)
Smartphone proficiency and comfort with mobile apps (timekeeping, team chat, etc.)
Ability to pass background check and verify U.S. work eligibility
Flexible availability, including most Saturdays
Passion for hospitality, real estate, or tech-driven service is a plus—prior experience is not required

Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly rate: $25–$30/hour (based on skills and fit)
Opportunity for higher rate on approved specialized duties
Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to inbound lead support and outbound sales (we primarily focus on strong inbound business development, with additional incentives for self-sourced opportunities—details discussed during offer stage)
