We are looking for motivated individuals seeking opportunities with a rapidly growing company. There are full- and part-time positions available with AM/PM shifts. Below are the positions we offer:
Kitchen Manager: Minimum 3 years of sushi experience, required knife skills, and fish knowledge.
Kitchen Lead: Minimum 2 years of sushi experience, required knife skills, and fish knowledge
Kitchen Helper: No experience necessary, but some kitchen experience preferred.
Full-time position - Must be able to work various shifts per week and be flexible to work on the weekend.
Minimum 5 to 6 days per week, the schedule will be covered during the interview.
Part-time position - Must be able to work either morning shifts 5 days a week or night shifts 5 days a week. Flexibility to work on the weekend is preferred.
The restaurant will be open from the end of April to the beginning of May. You will be hired within the next 1 to 2 weeks. You will need to be open to commuting to LA for training.
