Job Description

We are a property management company in Anaheim, specializing in commercial property. We are looking for an office assistant to help with office duties. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answering phone calls
Schedule vendors
Help collect insurance from tenants
Hours are M-F 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

Must have:

Positive attitude
Be a self starter and team player
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task and adjust to changes

Office experience is not required. We will train the right person willing to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into the office setting.
