Position: Project Manager needed for a construction company.

Location: Orange County, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Duties:
1. Drive between job sites to check work of subcontractors.
2. Obtaining permits.
3. Monitoring progress and execution.
4. Maintaining daily/weekly communication with clients.
5. Daily phone meetings to go over all the jobs with management.
6. Weekly schedules sent once a week.

Requirement:
1. Must have experience in project management for construction.
2. High management skills.
3. Must be organized, energetic, and very detail oriented.
4. Must have a car/driver’s license.
5. Must be able to pass a background check.
6. Must have good people skills.
7. Able to read complete architecture and engineering plans.
8. Knowledge in city codes and requirements.

Compensation: $5,000-$6,000 per month plus bonus opportunities.
