Hire Up Staffing is partnering with a leading medical product manufacturer, and we’re looking for driven, detail‑oriented Assemblers to help create high‑quality knee braces and related medical devices. If you enjoy hands‑on work and want to be part of a mission that supports better mobility and health, this role is for you!

đź“… Position Type: Contract (6+ months)
⏰ Schedule: Day shift with occasional Saturdays
🔧 What You’ll Do
Assemble knee braces and medical products using power tools, hand tools, and specialized fixtures.
Safely lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
Stand throughout the shift in environments that may vary in temperature.
Sand surfaces and mix paint following established guidelines.
Cut materials to exact specifications.
Participate in manufacturing audits and contribute to 5S program initiatives.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors or leads promptly.
Apply assembly techniques while working closely with your team to meet production goals.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Previous assembly experience is preferred (especially in medical or manufacturing settings).
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in hot or cold conditions.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to pass a full background check (clear background required).
