Job Description

We have an immediate need for an administrative assistant with experience billing, to support our growing small business and private practice in Solana Beach. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, a fast learner, comfortable with new systems, and eager to jump in wherever help is needed. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent time-management skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities will be to set up and manage medical billing software involving invoicing and sending receipts, assist with QuickBooks, track payments, and support day-to-day administrative tasks, and special projects.
This is a part-time job. Initial set-up requires in person in Solana Beach and weekend hours. Ultimately many tasks may become remote.
