Well-established San Diego glass company specializing in high-end residential work. In business since 2012. Centrally located shop with projects throughout San Diego County.

We specialize in:
• Glass railings
• Frameless glass shower enclosures
• Mirrors
• Office / interior glass

Positions Available:
We are currently hiring Helpers and Lead Installers for full-time work.

General Job Details:
• Full-time position – start ASAP
• Company vehicle provided (taken from shop to job sites daily)
• Work performed at job sites throughout San Diego

Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years glass experience
• Physically fit – able to lift and carry heavy glass
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record preferred

Lead Installer Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in the glass industry
• Strong experience with glass railings and frameless shower enclosures
• Able to work independently and lead installs
• Capable of problem-solving without constant supervision
• Professional and customer-friendly (client-facing role)
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Comfortable driving a work van daily
