Site Care Taker - Janitor - Cleaner - Grounds Keeper

Looking to Hire a Grounds Keeper/Janitor for our restaurant in Coastal South Oceanside. The position is ideally 5 days a week with additional hours when necessary. We also have 2 other businesses we are looking to hire for as well for the same position. This job entails vacuuming, mopping, minor repairs when necessary, blowing out the patio, watering the plants, wiping down tables/mirrors/bartops, setting up the outdoor patio with appropriate table tents, menus and umbrellas, etc. We are a family run mom and pop and would love to have someone around that is trustworthy and dependable. $20/hr. to start but willing to negotiate after a 3 month trial period.
