Primal Balance Nutrition is hiring a Line Cook / Dishwasher

Primal Balance Nutrition is seeking a reliable, efficient, and hardworking Line Cook / Dishwasher to join our production kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is willing to support both food production and dishwashing/cleanup operations as needed.

This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, cleanliness, and overall kitchen organization during weekly meal production.

Schedule & Hours:

Days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Start Time: 6:30 AM

Shift Length: Approximately 8 hours per shift

Estimated Weekly Hours: ~32 hours/week

Note: End times may vary daily over time depending on workload, staffing, and business needs. Overtime may be available as required.

Line Cook Duties:

Prepare and cook large batches of food according to company recipes and standards

Assist with high-volume meal production and prep

Plate and portion meals accurately for weekly service

Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and direction from leadership

Maintain food quality, consistency, and efficiency

Dishwashing & Cleanup Duties:

Wash dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations

Assist with end-of-day kitchen cleanup, including floors, surfaces, and equipment

Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and compost

Support overall kitchen sanitation and food safety standards

Must-Have Qualifications:

-Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred

-Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

-Willingness to assist across multiple kitchen roles

-Strong work ethic and reliability

-Ability to take direction and work respectfully with a team

-Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
