Master Cabinet Maker / CNC Operator – Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Cabinet Maker with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience operating CNC machines. This is a long-term opportunity with partnership potential for the right person. This role is ideal for someone who understands both fine craftsmanship and modern digital fabrication.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in custom cabinet making and millwork
Strong CNC machine operation experience
Knowledge of AlphaCAM (required)
Experience with AutoCAD (or strong willingness to learn)
Experience operating an edge bander
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans
Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and finishing processes
High attention to detail and quality
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional

Responsibilities:
Design, fabricate, and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork
Operate CNC machinery and manage digital workflows
Program and modify files using AlphaCAM / AutoCAD
Edge banding and panel processing
Work from drawings and produce shop-ready components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
Collaborate on custom, high-end residential and commercial projects
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Shop management experience
Estimating and material takeoffs
Client-facing experience
Experience with high-end or luxury custom work
