Craft cocktail bar looking for bartender

Bardo Lounge & Supper Club is seeking an experienced, friendly and hospitable bartender to join our team. The bar program focuses on creative and approachable craft cocktails, fresh ingredients, elevated presentation and intuitive hospitality. 2 shifts per week. Must have Friday/Saturday availability.

Ideal Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a bartender in a bar or restaurant
Fluent in creating classic and modern cocktails
Strong spirits knowledge
Ability to work quickly with good technique
Must be able to follow recipes, use scales, perform basic math, batch cocktails, lift up to 40 lbs, make syrups, shrubs etc.
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to assess guests’ wants and make competent recommendations
Commitment to providing great service to our guests
Desire to learn, expand knowledge and skills, and educate guests when appropriate
Experience developing craft cocktails is a plus
Server and/or kitchen experience is a plus
