Catering Bartender – Luxury Weddings & Corporate Events

We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our high-end catering team, serving luxury weddings and elevated corporate events. Our ideal bartender delivers seamless, sophisticated beverage service while creating a warm, engaging, and memorable guest experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, efficiency, and grace under pressure in dynamic, high-profile event environments.
Bartenders play a key role in bringing our beverage programs to life through expert preparation, elegant presentation, and thoughtful guest interaction. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down bar stations, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a pristine bar environment, and upholding all responsible alcohol service practices and company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional, refined, and guest-focused beverage service at luxury weddings and corporate events
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, beer, wine, and elevated mocktails with precision and consistency
• Execute specialty cocktail menus and branded beverage experiences as designed for each event
• Set up and break down aesthetically styled bar stations according to event specifications; assist with load-in and load-out
• Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccably presented bar area throughout service
• Monitor beverage inventory and proactively communicate supply needs to the Event Captain
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized service
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with the Event Captain, planners, and service team
• Follow all event timelines, service standards, and run-of-show details
• Adhere strictly to responsible alcohol service practices and company policies
• Represent the company with a polished appearance, composed demeanor, and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional bartending experience (luxury catering, high-end restaurant, hotel, or events preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Experience working weddings, galas, or corporate receptions is highly desirable
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in all work environments including heat, rain and cold
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a can-do attitude
