Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and adaptable Business/Personal Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This is an on-site position based in San Francisco, supporting a Personal Stylist/Image Consultant with 25 years of experience in the Bay Area and surrounding cities.
About the Role:
The stylist and current full time assistant are looking to bring on an additional assistant to help with miscellaneous tasks throughout the week. Hours will initially be 5-10 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating based on needs and schedules. The long-term goal is to increase hours over time for the right candidate and to continue adding more responsibility to their day-to-day duties. Schedule flexibility is a must, as some evening and weekend work will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running misc errands throughout San Francisco
- Pick-ups and drop-offs at clients’ homes
- Shipping, returns, and handling inventory
- Opening and organizing boxes
- Light computer and administrative work
- Keeping the team organized before, during, and after client appointments
- Relaying information to appropriate points of contact
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed in a dynamic work environment
- Some household support (we work out of the stylist’s home)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with dog-related tasks, including walks and trips to appointments
- The stylist has two dogs and occasionally fosters additional dogs
- A genuine love of dogs is essential for this role!!
Requirements:
- Must live in San Francisco
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule
- Must be highly organized, professional, and able to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
