Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are a growing trucking company looking for a reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to help manage invoicing and customer payments.

Job Type: Part time or Full Time

Responsibilities:
-Create and send customer invoices
-Post customer payments (checks, ACH, wires)
-Apply payments correctly in QuickBooks Online
-Follow up on past-due invoices
-Maintain accurate AR records and reports
-Communicate with customers regarding billing questions
-Assist with monthly AR reports and reconciliations

Requirements:
-Experience using QuickBooks Online including Projects(required)
-Accounts Receivable or billing experience preferred
-Basic understanding of trucking or logistics billing (a plus)
-Strong attention to detail
-Organized and dependable
-Comfortable communicating by email and phone

Nice To Have:
-Experience with freight invoices, rate confirmations, or load billing
-Prior experience working with trucking companies
