Temporary X-Ray Technologist

About Us
Santa Rosa Orthopaedics is a busy, well-respected orthopedic practice. We are seeking a licensed X-Ray Technologist for a temporary assignment to support our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and mid-level providers in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic X-rays per physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment
• Review images for quality and clarity prior to submission
• Document and manage imaging in the EHR (Epic experience a plus)
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and clinical staff to support patient care

Qualifications
• Valid California CRT license required
• ARRT certification preferred
• Minimum 6 months of X-ray experience (orthopedic or outpatient preferred)
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal imaging
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Assisting with patient positioning and mobility
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed

This is a temporary position expected to continue through approximately May, with the potential for schedule adjustments based on clinic needs.
