Weekend Laborer Wanted w/ Roofing/Chimney Service Experience $300/day

I am looking for someone to work with me on weekends installing wood burning appliances and class a chimney systems. Candidate must be physically capable of moving and lifting heavy appliances over short distances with assistance from myself and several dolly systems. Some of these units are 500+ lbs and very expensive. Candidates MUST be physically strong. Candidates must also be comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and capable of installing chimney flashings on various roof types. I will test your skill installing chimney flashings specifically on a roof model during the interview process. Ideally looking for someone with their own insurance that can operate as a sub but I am willing to take on the right person as a w2 employee. If you are uncomfortable on roofs, ladders, have substance abuse issues, like to call out a lot, etc. DO NOT apply. I need someone reliable and intelligent. You will make a minimum of $300/day, often times more depending on the scope of work for the particular job. This is master tech level pay so don’t waste my time if you can’t be a professional. We will work mostly on Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional job on weekdays. I can work around your schedule for the most part just communicate with me, I am very easy to work with and I take care of my people. I will provide all tools and PPE but having some of your own never hurts.
