At Global, we believe a team is always stronger than an individualPosition Summary:The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and project teams by coordinating administrative, scheduling, and documentation activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project records, supporting communication between internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with day-to-day project operations. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of all records in ShareFile.Project Coordination & Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers by preparing purchase order requests, subcontractor paperwork, welcome letters, and field folder materials. Support overall project organization and execution.Scheduling & Tracking: Maintain and update internal and external project schedules. Manage pod job flow spreadsheets and labor tracking data entry to support project visibility, reporting, and workload planning.Change Order & Documentation Follow-Up: Track, monitor, and follow-up on change orders and outstanding project documentation to ensure timely resolution and compliance with project requirements.Meetings & Communication Support: Coordinate and support internal and external project meetings, including pre-construction meetings. Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to ensure alignment and accountability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Operations and Superintendents, Accounting and Finance, Safety and Compliance teams, and subcontractors to coordinate information flow, documentation, and project support activities.Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Support consistent project execution by promoting operational discipline, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Enable Project Managers and field teams to focus on execution and delivery by reducing administrative burden and improving workflow efficiency.Performs related duties within the scope of the role and level of responsibility as needed to support business operations.Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or relevant coursework preferred3-5 years of administrative, project coordination, or construction support experience preferredStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with spreadsheets and shared document management systemsExperience supporting project schedules, documentation, and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based environmentProfessional communication with internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to escalate issues appropriately to avoid project delaysWrite bullet on initiative to push along projects and tasksGlobal Roofing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
