We are a growing restaurant group comprised of a restaurant, a bar, and a café, dedicated to creating beautiful spaces where guests enjoy positive experiences, great food, and exceptional drinks. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all concepts and help elevate our standards, systems, and community presence.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across all concepts, coordinating management efforts, ensuring consistency, and driving both operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong front-of-house and back-of-house expertise, financial acumen, and an active presence within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and standards
Support and coordinate management teams, providing leadership, training, and accountability
Maintain and enforce all Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements
Actively engage in the community, developing partnerships and representing the brand
Collaborate with organizations such as Visit Tucson, and participate in local events including the Jazz Festival, Children’s Museum, and other community initiatives
Oversee financial performance, including P&L reporting, budgeting, and cost controls
Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
Support marketing initiatives and brand presence through community engagement and partnerships
Ensure strong internal communication and clear operational documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leadership role in hospitality
Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations
Solid understanding of financial management, including P&Ls
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for hospitality, community involvement, and creating memorable guest experiences
