We are currently searching for a high-level Sales Consultant who is ready to move away from "selling products" and start "selling ROI."

Our Unique Market Position: Unlike residential solar companies that rely on high-pressure door knocking and aggressive canvassing, Helios operates exclusively in the B2B space. We leverage a data-driven marketing engine that identifies commercial properties with high energy consumption and aging infrastructure. This means when you sit down with a CEO or a building owner, you aren't a solicitor; you are an invited guest who is presenting a financial strategy that puts thousands of dollars back into their pocket.

The Daily Objective: Your role is to act as a strategic energy advisor for mid-to-large scale businesses. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of warm leads and internal referrals, guiding them through a sophisticated consultative sales cycle. This involves analyzing their current utility bills, collaborating with our engineering team to design custom solar arrays, and presenting comprehensive financial models to boards of directors and stakeholders. You aren't just selling panels; you are selling a 25-year hedge against inflation.

What We Demand From You: We don't hire based on a list of degrees; we hire based on a history of success. Our ideal candidate is someone who has spent at least three years in a professional sales environment—perhaps in medical sales, commercial real estate, or enterprise software—and is looking for a more lucrative industry. You must be able to navigate complex business hierarchies, speak fluently about tax depreciation and internal rates of return (IRR), and possess the persistence to follow up on multi-month projects without losing momentum.

The Helios Compensation Standard:
We believe that high-performing consultants should have the financial freedom to focus 100% of their energy on their clients.
— Guaranteed Base Salary: $75,000 annual base salary, paid bi-weekly. This is not a draw; it is a stable foundation for your career.
— Uncapped Commissions: You earn 10% of the total project profit. With our average commercial project ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, your commissions are substantial.
— Total Earnings: An average producer at Helios earns $135,000 in their first year. Our top-tier closers who manage large-scale industrial projects are consistently earning $250,000+.
— Executive Perks: We provide a $600 monthly stipend for your vehicle and phone, along with 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance. We also offer a 401(k) with a 5% match and unlimited PTO once your quarterly targets are achieved.
