We’re a community-focused café in the heart of Nevada City looking to add a **Line Cook** and a **Register / Front Counter Person** to our small, dedicated team.

### **Line Cook – Part-Time / Full-Time**

**What you’ll do:**

* Prepare and execute simple, high-quality café food
* Work the line during service with efficiency and care
* Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards
* Support prep and closing duties as needed

**What we’re looking for:**

* Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
* Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Passion for good food and community spaces

### **Register / Front Counter – Part-Time**

**What you’ll do:**

* Greet customers and provide warm, friendly service
* Take orders and handle POS/register transactions
* Prepare basic drinks and assist with food running
* Keep front-of-house clean and welcoming
* Support the overall flow of service

**What we’re looking for:**

* Customer service experience a plus, but willing to train the right person
* Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Dependable and detail-oriented
